Statement by the Department of Defense on the Release of Historical Navy Videos

The Department of Defense has authorized the release of three unclassified Navy videos, one taken in November 2004 and the other two in January 2015, which have been circulating in the public domain after unauthorized releases in 2007 and 2017. The U.S. Navy previously acknowledged that these videos circulating in the public domain were indeed Navy videos. After a thorough review, the department has determined that the authorized release of these unclassified videos does not reveal any sensitive capabilities or systems, and does not impinge on any subsequent investigations of military air space incursions by unidentified aerial phenomena. DOD is releasing the videos in order to clear up any misconceptions by the public on whether or not the footage that has been circulating was real, or whether or not there is more to the videos. The aerial phenomena observed in the videos remain characterized as "unidentified." The released videos can be found at the Naval Air Systems Command FOIA Reading Room:

THE PROOF OF A REMANENT ACTION OF AN ANTIGRAVITATIONAL FIELD

After the object had broken off its hovering relationship, Jezzi and Coyne noted that the magnetic compass disk was rotating approximately four times per minute and that the altimeter read approximately 3,500 feet, A 1,000 FOOT-PER-MINUTE CLIMB WAS IN PROGRESS. COYNE INSISTS THAT THE COLLECTIVE WAS STILL BOTTOMED FROM HIS EVASIVE DESCENT. Since the collective could not be lowered further, he had no alternative but to lift it, whatever the results, and after a few seconds of gingerly maneuvering controls, during which THE HELICOPTER REACHED NEARLY 3,800 FEET, positive control was achieved. Coyne had been subliminally aware of the climb; THE OTHERS NOT AT ALL, YET THEY HAD ALL BEEN ACUTELY AWARE OF THE G-FORCES OF THE DIVE. The helicopter was brought back to the flight plan altitude of 2,500 feet, radio contact was achieved with Canton/Akron.

Note that the collective pitch control, or collective lever, is normally located on the left side of the pilot's seat with an adjustable friction control to prevent inadvertent movement. THE COLLECTIVE CHANGES THE PITCH ANGLE OF ALL THE MAIN ROTOR BLADES COLLECTIVELY (i.e., all at the same time) and independent of their position. Therefore, IF A COLLECTIVE INPUT IS MADE, all the blades change equally, and the result is that THE HELICOPTER INCREASES OR DECREASES ITS TOTAL LIFT DERIVED FROM THE ROTOR. In level flight this would cause A CLIMB OR DESCENT, while with the helicopter pitched forward an increase in total lift would produce an acceleration together with a given amount of ascent.

 

Therefore, THE LIFTING OF THE HELICOPTER HAS BEEN CAUSED BY A REMANENT EFFECT OF THE UFO FIELD ON THE HELICOPTER, AND NOT BY COYNE HIMSELF. THE FACT THAT THEY DON’T HAVE BEEN AT ALL AWARE OF THE CLIMB, WHILE THEY HAD ALL BEEN JUST BEFORE ACUTELY AWARE OF THE G-FORCES OF THE AVOIDING DIVE ACTION, SHOWS EVIDENTLY THE REMANENT ACTION OF AN ANTIGRAVITATIONAL FIELD UPON THEM ALL, HENCE THIS LACK OF G-FORCES SENSATION WHEN CLIMBING. He added,"When arrived near the object, my radar locked on to the target, it didn't move at all, remaining static". The object was visible both on the ground radar of Kalmar (arriving from the east) and on Sven on-board radar, it was at 1000 meters, hanging above the Baltic Sea. He saw it during 15-20 seconds, then the object rose, and Sven chased it at Mach 2 on a 70° steep climb, up to 10000 meters, the object remaining at 40 kilometers, then it shooted up vertically at an incredible speed towards the outerspace.

Marina Popovich spoke about her experience with UFOs in her book titled UFO Glasnost (published in 2003 in Germany) and in public lectures and interviews. She claimed that the Soviet military and civilian pilots had confirmed 3000 UFO sightings and that the Soviet Air Force and KGB had recovered fragments of five crashed UFOs. The crash sites were Tunguska (1908), Novosibirsk, Tallinn, Ordzhonikidze and Dalnegorsk (1986).
